WHAT IS REAL GIRLS SWEAT?
Real Girls Sweat is a 40+ ‘girls only’ group fitness session that is fun, supportive and a little SWEATY (and something a little ‘extra’)!
I don’t yell, and we don’t do burpees – It’s just not my style
Classes are capped at a maximum of 10 participants so that I can meet your individual needs and provide personalised service.
Real Girls Sweat workouts are designed to make you stronger, fitter and more flexible – so that you can live a midlife you love – confidently.
My goal is for you to finish each session feeling inspired, motivated & energised (and probably a little sweaty!)!
*Exercises can be adapted to individual needs such as fitness levels or injury.
