Functions with different spaces available
The centre facilities have many areas available for casual hire for different occasions. From children's parties to training workshops, or community events.

Casual hiring cost is a minimum of $180 (4 hours) or $45.00 (includes GST) per hour with a $200 refundable bond. Hiring for the day is capped at $360. A cleaning service is available with one week's notice for an additional $150 - $175. We do not host events for 18th or 21st birthdays.

HALL
Building One (8m x 15m) with kitchen and multimedia equipment - tables and chairs provided. Bookings can be made online below. -
MEETING ROOM
(4m x 8m useable space) with multimedia equipment, kitchenette and covered BBQ area. Book this room by ringing the office on 02 6043 1588 -
CENTRE
Building Two This facility is only available for bookings during NSW School holiday weekends, excluding January holidays. This building has a children's indoor play area/playground with adjoining kitchen - tables and chairs provided. Bookings can be made online below.

They can handle every detail for you, bringing your unique vision to life right here at the Thurgoona Community Centre, using our facilities to create the perfect experience.

👨👩👧👦 What you'll need to provide
To personalise your celebration, families are responsible for:
- 🎨 Decorating the venue, including backdrops and decorations
- ✨ Organising any optional extras such as balloons, face painting, professional photography or other entertainment
- 🎂 Providing the birthday cake (staff can assist with serving and provide plates if required)
- 🎁 Party bags
- 🎲 Games and entertainment
- 👀 Adult supervision of children throughout the event
- 🧹 Packing away tables and chairs at the end of the party
